"Tomorrow is another day!" ----《乱世佳人 - Gone with the wind》 July 02 天下有贼今天去学校刻苦一下，结果出来发现偶的车被偷了，娘的，BS一下偷车贼，决定以后走路去学校，顺便锻炼身体。
今天全球在为Africa义演，今年黑哥们儿们又会多拿到十几个个bn的援助，triple的物资，但是和中国一样，或者有过之而无不及的corruption盛行的非洲，这些援助究竟能改善非洲多少，这是个问题。毕竟非洲不是给几个钱就能好起来的。
还记得前几天看的BBC去赞比亚做的AIDS的节目，正好赶上一night club在做condom的宣传和免费发放，但是愣是没人要。主持人问他们为啥不要，一哥们儿说伊从小就不用，所以现在也不想用，就算知道容易感染AIDS也不用。另一个更绝，说伊本来就是HIV positive的，为啥要用，伊说伊每天都会出来喝酒，喝醉了就不用condom随便找个女孩上床。更绝的是这里的教会人员居然是这样对坐在下面的孩子叫嚣着要他们相信主，不要相信也不要用condom，因为只有主能keep you away from AIDS。终于我明白了为什么AIDS会在非洲如此盛行。现在赞比亚每五个出生的小孩里就有一个是HIV positive的，节目制作人在节目的最后只能摇头叹息。
这一切又岂是丢一堆铜板就能解决的。 June 23 遇上难题最近再做wind simulation，原理不难，1D multivariate stochastic processes，但是用mathcad和matlab算的总是和target有出入，而且算的点数一多就很慢而且会出现memory不够的说，应该是算法和fourier transform里有问题，但是就是找不到具体原因，老板说伊只懂excel，很郁闷，有没有此中高手帮偶一下下啊! May 17 曼联被收购继切尔西之后，又一支英超豪门，号称商业运作最成功的俱乐部曼联也被美国人控股75％，成了别人的囊中物。 曼联球迷为了不使球队落入足球门外汉的老美手中。还曾经号召过集资保股，结果事实证明这世界有钱才是硬道理。不过估计为此负债三亿的老美也不会轻易的将之前成功的运营模式一举改头换面，但球票涨价应该是必然了 没法子，谁叫世界十大首富里就没你个英国人呢？
May 15 保级大战英超最后一轮，冠军的争夺早已尘埃落定，留下的只是四支垫底的球队何去何从。 保级大战比之冠军争夺更加惊心动魄，也更加残忍。每次射门都牵动着数万球迷的心，每一个进球都有可能决定着球队的命运，当四队的排名随着比赛进行更替四次后，WBA最后抓住了最后一根救命稻草，他们凭着Charlton最后时刻扳平Crystal Palace的进球留在了英超。赛后的庆祝比之切尔西夺冠有过之而无不及。而Southampton则27年来首次降级，估计以后如果有机会升回英超，一定会死嗑亲手送他们进地狱的曼联。 足球是残酷的，但这也是其魅力所在。 May 10 HomesickI always intend to make my life special and to spend days as coclorful as I can. However, at this point, it seems i haven't managed to do as i expected. Life in UK is, despite thousands of times I moaned, extremely boring. For me, everyday is a routine. Get up at 7:30, work from 8:30 to 5:00, cooking at 7:00, dinner at 8:00 and then a day finishes. Really wonder whether other people have the same time schedule as me. I blame all the dullness to English culture, though my Mum always comforts me that office job is the same in China. Yet I still couldn’t help imagining what my life in China would be. I would go to different snack bars or restaurants to try different cousins instead of locking myself in the kitchen even though I am fed up with cooking; I would be able to spend time with close friends having fun instead of throwing myself in front of computer or TV screen; I would be able to spend night life in Karaoke or bowling instead of asking Puppy what are we going to do every night. Yes, we do go to restaurants, play badminton, watch film in cinema, travelling between different countries but they are not enough. Far more than enough. well, please don’t have an impression that my life is grey. It is by some sense, yet still as its shineness as every coin has its two sides. Nevertheless, I am trying and will try my best to make best of it, of course with Puppy’s companion. Without him, I couldn’t see any meaning to stay a place where there is always a transparent glass between people. By the end of the day, behind the lime, the fact that I am far away from my hometown, my friend and my parents leaves an empty space in the bottom of my heart. Only when I am on my land I would feel spiritually enriched. Let me just call it homesick at the moment to explain the reason why I always feel there is something I am missing. I know he is a man who does not want to feel lag behind and always want to learn new stuff while I am the opposite. By saying that, I don’t mean I like to be lad behind the date, but I just do not have the same enthusiasm as Puppy has. If there were a new song, he would like to be the first very few people who can interpreter the song as perfect as the singer; if there were a new movie, he would download and watch at the first instance and then give out his comments; if there were a new game, he would by no means get it and play it so frequently that next time he could tell his friends what's exactly in the game … Mind you, I am not moaning. I am telling you these absolutely positive apart from his addict to the game when i call him downstairs for dinner. However, I have to say a lot of infomation and things I knew are from him. 之后就苦了俺哩，鞍前马后的伺候着，结果就 无奈ing，女人借题发挥的本事可是天生的………………
April 22 University Open Day 每次有Open Day偶都很开心，因为又有easy money可以赚哩！ 看着一个个英国小孩儿，两眼迷茫的在一堆engineering的摊子前徘徊时，你就要凑上去问:" Are you interested in Civil Engineering?" 而多数人会回答:"Yes, a bit!" 于是你就要叽哩呱啦的说一些违心的话，直到把伊骗到系里去看看就算大功告成。 总体来讲英国每个大学每年都会有两到三次大型的Open Day和定期的interview day，学校的设施实验室都会向外界敞开，还会设置一些taste course来吸引学生。这也是每个系每年数一数二的大事，学校往往投入大量财力物力，办的好与坏直接和下一年招来的生员数和质量成正比。
